We needed an appliance hauled away and I called and immediately got a friendly and live person on the phone which is unheard of in this day and age. Within 2 hours John was at our house and quickly and efficiently picked up our old appliance and was on his way. I had been putting off getting it done dreading dealing with finding someone to do it.
